Jeanette Holm

Chairman and Owner: 10X Ventures

Previous businesses started, bought and owned: Nannynu!, Tidynu!, Nannyakuten, Alltjänstpoolen, Lekhallen, CID Ventures.

Jeanette started her first company, Nannynu! at the age of 27. The company grew rapidly to over 1000 employees and Jeanette received awards like ”Gasellföretag”, "Årets tjänsteföretag", "Årets nykomling", and being the finalist at "Stockholms mest entreprenöriska person och Årets Bragdföretag”. When the government reduced RUT (the tax deduction that Nannynu depended on) by 50% in 2015, Jeanette was faced with the biggest challenge of her entrepreneurial career. She could give up and slowly die off like a lot of the other companies did. Or she could grow, which she decided to do! She then proceeded to start Tidynu and bought Nannyakuten, Alltjänstpoolen and Lekhallen. The group's revenue almost doubled under the next 2 years and was stronger than ever coming out of this crisis. About 1 ½ year ago Jeanette sold all of her companies, and has enjoyed some time off educating herself more about buying and building groups of companies. Now she is ready to start buying companies again because that is what she enjoyed the most during the 13 years that she built her first group.

Anna-Carin Sandberg Jödahl

CEO: Drivhuset Nordic, Sweden

Owned/co-owned: 4 Ventures

Anna-Carin started her career as a teacher in 1998. After some years she started her own school outside Stockholm convinced that it has to be possible to create a school that truly engages the students and prepares them for their future. Anna-Carin started the school and worked with it as a teacher, principal and CEO where she created several interesting cooperations with school leaders around the world. One example, is a situation where Anna-Carin had China's Deputy Minister of Education visiting the school and they were enjoying lunch eating Swedish meatballs and he then asked her to give him advice on how to develop the schools in China. Quite surreal, but an amazing memory of course.

She has also worked with school development by educating school leaders in digital management. She has been at Drivhuset for 8 years now and if you ask her, there is no better job assignment than the opportunity of working with driven people and guiding them on how to realize their dreams and make a businesses of it! Her own businesses have been focused on education, development, entrepreneurship and horse breeding.
